Holiday Home L'Ile Saint Martin II Le Cap d'Agde is located in Agde, at the heart of a yachting port, situated in an entirely pedestrian area comprising of 64 villas. The 138m² accommodation has an open entrance hall. The living/dining room offers an open fireplace and TV. In the kitchen you will find an oven, dishwasher and stove. The house has electric heating and a washing machine. There is a hot tub in the holiday home as well. You can enjoy a view of the port from the garden and terrace with BBQ facilities and the beach is 1km away. Shops, grocers and a restaurant are reachable within 150m. A golf course in 500m. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. For stays of a minimum of 2 weeks: 1 x 3 hour cleaning session included in the rental. It is possible to hire a boat with or without a licence (to be requested at the time of booking).
