The spacious apartments at Newhaven Waldorf Apartments feature kitchens, washing machines and a private terrace or balcony. Satellite TV and broadband internet access are available. Facilities include a fitness centre, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area. Free secure car parking is provided. Waldorf Newhaven Apartments is located in Botany Downs, about 15 km from Auckland CBD. An ice-skating rink, shopping centre and cinema are within walking distance.

Please note that reception hours are 9:00 to 17:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management. If no credit card is present at check-in for authorisation a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorisations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made.
