Located a 2-minute walk from Cours Mirabeau, Prêcheurs self-catering studios are set in a Provencal house with a BBQ and seating area in its courtyard. It offers studios with free international calls and free use of a tablet computer. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, an iPod dock and a welcome pack are provided in each studio. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchenette, which includes hot plates, an oven and a dining area. Prêcheurs Studios is 100 metres from Place des Prêcheurs, the market place and 350 metres from of Aix-en-Provence town centre. A regular shuttle bus services Aix-en-Provence TGV Train Station, 15 km away, and Marseille Provence Airport is 24.8 km away.

Please note that there is no reception desk and check-in and check-out are upon appointment only. Please call the owner at least 72 hours in advance in order to agree a time to hand over keys. Please note that a EUR 150 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival and is to be paid with a valid credit card. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that an extra cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be applied if you smoke in the accommodation. Check in before 16:00 and after 18:30 is possible upon request for an additional fee. Checkout between 11:00 and 13:00 is possible upon request for a EUR 25 additional fee. Checkout after 13:00 is possible upon request for a EUR 50 additional fee. Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bicycles are not accepted. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
