Enjoy complete independence in these self-catering apartments in the pedestrian area of Cattolica. Take a free bike for a ride along the promenade or simply relax at the pool. Your apartment at Residence Capitol is complete with free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a cosy living area. Bed and bathroom linen are provided. Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linen twice a week. The Capitol Residence is set facing the beach, close to Piazza delle Fontane. The terrace features a heated swimming pool, which you can enjoy throughout the summer. A fitness centre is also available on site. Enjoy special rates at a number of theme parks, attractions, and beach restaurants. A free shuttle bus takes you to the car park, 1 kilometre away. During summer the apartments may be bookable for weekly stays only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Please note that the residence does not accept American Express. The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from mid May until mid September. Please note that air conditioning can be used at an extra cost of EUR 55 per week.
