Each 2-storey villa has a spacious living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, fridge and a kettle. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Las Coloradas and in Playa Blanca, just over 1 km away. Las Colorada’s beachfront promenade is just 5 minutes’ walk from the villas, while the marina is 500 metres away. El Papagayo is a 10-minute drive away.

Please note that pets under 4 kg are allowed in the property. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A cleaning service is provided as follows: - For stays of up to 7 days the property will be cleaned after check-out. - For stays between 8 and 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided on the 7th day and property will be cleaned after check-out. - For stays of more than 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided every 7 days and property will be cleaned after check-out. Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable state. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee if extra cleaning is required.
