Set on the shores of Lake Orta, L'Antica Colonia is an elegant 18th-century villa set in a landscaped 8000 m² garden. Offering beautiful views of the lake, it features apartments and pretty cottages. This charming property is in the small village of Crabbia, 1 km from Pettenasco Train Station and 3.5 km north of Orta San Giulio. Here you can take a boat trip across the lake to the Island of San Giulio. The apartments are located in the main building and have original 18th-century Venetian floors and frescoed ceilings. The cottages are bright and spacious and have 2 floors. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a kitchen with dishwasher. You will also have a washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Please note a security deposit of EUR 100 for apartments and EUR 500 for the villa, will be required on arrival. The amount is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
