Situated right besides Nijo Castle, Kyoyado Usagi boasts free WiFi and rooms over 120 square metres with air-conditioning and floor heating. Concierge service is available upon request. The property has a 4 digit keypad lock system to ensure security, and features various amenities such as a washing and drying machine, heat-induction cookers and cooking utensils, a microwave and an electric kettle. A coffee maker is also available. There is a spa bath and a wine cellar on site. All rooms feature a personal locker, an air humidifier/purifier, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. JR Nijo and subway Nijo stations are within a 5-minute walk away. The location also provides for easy access to Higashiyama and Arashiyama areas. No meals are provided on site.

The property is a wooden building in a residential area - all flammable objects as well as sources of ignition are prohibited. Please note that the property is built with traditional wooden architecture and therefore noise travels easily throughout the building. Guests are kindly advised to be considerate to other guests, and refrain from making loud noises and/or running in the building. Guests can be asked to leave the property if these rules are not adhered to, and no refund will be given. Please inform Kyoyado Usagi in advance of your expected arrival time (check-in hours: 16:00-18:00) in the special request box. Please be informed that check-out time cannot be extended (latest time is 11:00) Children aged below 13 years of age cannot stay at this property. Children at the age of 13 and above are counted as adults and included in the maximum occupancy of the room. Parking requires reservation. This can be indicated under Special Requests when booking.
