This holiday home is located on top of a hill in the district of Valcros, 5 km from the centre of La Londe and 8 km from the sea and the sandy beach. There is a stepped path of 30 steps to reach the terraced house. There is a private garden and an outdoor swimming pool (4 x 10 m) opened from 01.06 to 30.08. In the house you will find facilities like a TV, video, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 20 m2 with terrace furniture, which is in south-east facing position with distant view of the sea. There is reserved parking space on site and there is only a telephone at the reception. Within 5 km you can find several shops, restaurants, grocers and a supermarket. The 18 holes golf course is 2 km away from the accommodation. Please note that a car is essential.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
