The farmhouse is situated 3 km from Loro Ciuffenna, central area between Arezzo (km 42), Florence and Siena (km 55) at the foot of Pratomagno. The accommodation is located 3 km from the centre of Loro Ciuffenna, 42 km from the centre of Arezzo, 55 km from the centre of Firenze, Siena. The farm house is divided into two totally independent sections, we offer one of them. The annex is occupied from time to time by the owners. The house has large outdoor areas with garden furniture and a veranda with a table, ideal to have meals outside. The large swimming pool is shared by the guests and the owners, with shower and changing room. The main house has wood burning stoves (firewood extra) and fireplaces for heating, while the annex has gas central heating (extra). There is a parking lot outside. The following facilities are for shared use: grounds 5 ha, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, 01.05.-10.10.) with built-in steps. There is also an outside shower. The property has a private garden, including garden furniture and a barbecue. In the house: with TV, washing machine. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Shop 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 10 km. Golf course 30 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 5 km.
