Early check in and late check out is available subject to availability, additional charges may apply. The Light ApartHotel requires a preauthorisation of a debit/credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals which guests may incur during their stay. The amount authorised is GBP 200.00 per apartment and GBP 400.00 per penthouse suite. Upon departure, a member of the housekeeping and maintenance team will check the apartment and providing any/all incidentals have been settled for at check-out the authorisation will be released back to the guests. Although The Light Aparthotel Manchester instructs the card issuer to release the authorisation on the departure date; some card issuers can take up to 10 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if guests notice anything wrong they should contact reception to ensure that they are not held accountable for it. Please note: For all advance purchase/promotional rates or bookings where payment is taken without the customer being present at the time of sale, the original payment card must be used for the above preauthorisation. Failure to provide the payment card on arrival will result in a refund to the original payment card the full amount of the booking being due on arrival If booking 3 rooms or more, different cancellation policies will apply.
