Saco Nottingham - The Ropewalk, offers the comfort of a hotel, with the space, freedom and flexibility of home. Stylish and contemporary one and two bedroom apartments conveniently located for the City Centre. Situated on The Ropewalk, these apartments have views over The Park, and are conveniently located for the city centre. Each apartment has a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king-size bed and separate bathroom. Two-bedroom apartments have king-size beds and additional en-suite shower rooms. Located with easy access to city centre shopping areas with its renowned boutiques and designer stores. There is a wealth of bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatres close by. The business and commercial districts are also within walking distance as is Nottingham Castle, The Playhouse and the Robin Hood trail. The apartments come with a basic breakfast pack on arrival including cereal, milk, tea, coffee, shortbread/flapjack and water.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SACO Nottingham – The Ropewalk in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
