Villa d'Este is situated in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre. It offers luxurious apartments with balconies or terraces. The apartments at the Villa d'Este are spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. Each has a living area with sofa bed and TV with satellite channels. They also feature a dining area, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The Villa d'Este residence provides free WiFi in its common areas and free private parking. The residence is located a 45-minute drive from Bordeaux, next to the Bassin d’Arcachon.

Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account a few days after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. Optional services to be paid on site: - bed linen rental: EUR 15 per person per week - towels rental: EUR 9 per person per week - pets: EUR 35 per pet per week - beds made upon arrival: EUR 35 to EUR 45, depending on the accommodation type. - end-of-stay cleaning: EUR 90 - baby bed: EUR 30 per week - baby high chair: EUR 25 per week - baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability. Electricity is charged 0.18 EUR per kilowatt, except from 25 March to 04 November 2017.
