The brand new SACO Bristol - Broad Quay apartments have designer furniture, colourful art and modern bathrooms. Each has an open-plan living area with large sofas and a flat-screen TV/DVD player. The bright and airy apartment is furnished to a high-standard. Some feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The contemporary fitted kitchens feature an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and there is also a dining area. Each apartment comes with a breakfast pack on arrival, including cereal, milk, tea and coffee, shortbread or flapjacks, and water. Just a 15-minute walk from Temple Meads Station, SACO Bristol – Broad Quay is a 10-minute walk from Cabot Circus and Broadmead shopping centres. Colston Hall is just 300 metres away.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: Three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates is considered a group booking. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Please note that this property has a strict no party policy. Should SACO staff believe a party and/or illegal activity is taking place or is due to take place, SACO retains the right to restrict access to the apartment including booker and anyone involved. This is necessary to ensure the security and peace of mind for all guests. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
