The Executive Suites are located in the green area of St Andreas, in central Nicosia. Comfortably furnished studios with city views, seating area and kitchenette are offered. The Executive Suites offers spacious and modern studios, all with views of the city of Nicosia. Features include free internet access, air conditioning, cable TV and telephone. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Supermarkets and restaurants are available within a short walking distance. A municipal swimming pool can be found within 5 minutes’ walk. Staff at the 24-hour front desk may assist you with taxi service and rent-a-car facilities. A bus stop is located a few metres away, and free on-site parking is provided to guests arriving by car.

Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry situated in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals).
