Each villa has 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge area with sofas, iPod dock, surround sound stereo system and DVD player. Laundry facilities and a secure private garage are provided. All villas have a private patio and an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. Most villas have a secure, private garage. The shores of Lake Wakatipu are only 120 metres from Platinum Queenstown. Queenstown International Airport is 15 minutes’ drive away.

Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that when booking 3 or more rooms, full payment is required at time of booking, and no amendments or cancellations will be accepted within 30 days of arrival. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Sunday 7:30 until 19:30. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that all stays less than 5 nights do not have daily housekeeping included however this is available for $35 per service and must be requested prior to arrival. For all stays of 5 or more nights a mid week service of the villa is included. BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay.
