The Hamasat Hotel 1 offers simply decorated apartments just 10 km away from King Abdulaziz International Airport. It offers a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and free parking. All the air-conditioned apartments at the Hamasat Hotel have a private bathrooms, in some cases with 2 toilettes. They include wooden furniture and tiled floors. Each unit has a living room with a satellite TV. Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of their self-catering units. A fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette is available including a refrigerator and kitchenware. Restaurants and coffee shops are also available in the area. The Hamasat is located 500 metres away from the Daraja roundabout, Mahmoud Saeed Aswaq, and Lamasat Aswaq.
