Villa Roman is a 2-level villa located 10 minutes’ walk from the beach in Playa Blanca. It features a terrace with loungers, private swimming pool and views of the mountains. The Roman villa is air conditioned and has plenty of natural sunlight. Featuring modern décor, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The swimming pool and the sauna can be used for a daily fee. The living room with sofas comes with a TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes oven, fridge and hob, as well as kitchenware and appliances. The centre of Playa Blanca is 3 km away, and has a wide offer of restaurants and bars. Yaiza is 20 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that there is a security deposit of EUR 150 payable at check-in, which is refundable if no damage has been produced. Please note that the use of the heated swimming pool has a surcharge of EUR 10 per day. The use of the sauna also incurs an extra cost. Please note that guests must present a photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, you must provide a copy of the credit card and a copy of the passport from the cardholder in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
