Set in various locations in the heart of Nice, At Home Nice Apartments Grimaldi offers studios and apartments all just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. They feature contemporary decor, high quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments above the ground floor are serviced by a lift. Each has lounge area and equipped private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Apartments with 2 or 3 rooms have separate bedrooms with large beds. All the apartments have a TV, a DVD player and/or CD player and a free Wi-Fi connection. Ironing facilities are also provided and public parking is available nearby at an extra cost.

Photos are taken from multiple apartments. Each apartment has a unique style and layout. The apartments are not in a residence but have various locations in the heart of Nice. Some apartments are not serviced by a lift and are accessed by stairs. After booking you will receive by email precise information about the apartment you will get: exact address, additional photos and important information regarding your arrival as applicable. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 52 for a studio or a 1-bedroom apartment, and of EUR 78 for a 2-bedroom apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Cleaning products are kindly provided. A security deposit of EUR 300 for a studio, EUR 500 for a 1-bedroom apartment and EUR 800 for a 2-bedroom apartment is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is made by a pre-authorisation on your card. Cheques and cash are not accepted for the security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the property directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure. If you arrive between 18:00 and 20:00, a EUR 40 fee will be charged as late check-in. If you arrive between 20:00 and 22:00, a EUR 60 fee will be charged as late check-in. American Express cards, Vacances holiday vouchers and other currency than Euro are not accepted. For more information you can call the reception between 10:00 and 18:00.
