The single-family house is located in La Bernerie en Retz, which is 5 km from Pornic. The accommodation is 700 m from the centre of La Bernerie en Retz, 500 m from the sea, and 500 m from the beach. There is a private, fenced garden of 460 m2, with lawn of 150 m2. The terrace is 20 m2 and consists of garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a possibility to park your car in the grounds. The following facilities are available in the surrounding: shop, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Port Royal" 500 m, and a golf course (18 hole) 11 km away.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Les Moutiers in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
