This is a three-room apartment on two levels 55 m2. It offers view of the sea. It is part of a recently renovated building located about 500 m. from the centre of Porto S. Stefano and 100 m from the sea. On the ground floor there is one small room with 2 beds. You can exit to the garden and the terrace. On the upper floor there is a living/dining room with TV, a double bedroom with panoramic window, a kitchenette equipped with hotplates, mini-oven and micro wave and a Bath/bidet/WC. A washing machine is also provided. The 2 extra beds are to be considered in an annex (1 double bed and bathroom) at 30 meters from the apartment. Guests can use the reserved parking space by the house. For shared use there is a natural garden and for private use a 40m2 terrace with garden furniture. Pinebeach is 5 km away. Ferry boats for Giglio and Giannutri islands at 1 km. Shops are 200 m away. Golf course 18 km, tennis 2 km, riding stables 6 km. Please note that the property is situated in a restricted-traffic area, access by car is permitted only before 18:00. After that, you can park your car outside the pedestrian area and walk to the house.
