There is a small balcony, furnished terrace, small garden 20 m2 and barbecue (portable) possibilities. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (covered). For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (25 x 12 m, 01.06.-15.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower, public parking 100 m.
