Appartamenti Arca & Ca' Mure is set in olive groves a 15-minute walk from Bardolino and less than 1 km from Lake Garda. The gardens have a pool, sports facilities, a playground, and a lake-view terrace. The Arca apartments are located close to the pool and reception, while the Ca' Mure apartments are 300 metres away. There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. You will receive only a part of the deposit if final cleaning is needed. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
