Reception office hours are from 09:30 to 13:00 and from 16:00 and 18:00. If you plan to arrive during closing hours you will find your name on a tag on the window of the reception office, indicating the building and apartment numbers. The keys will be left in an envelope at reception. There will also be an emergency mobile number just in case you need to contact the person in charge of the residence.
