Sea & Villas is a residence on the top of a hill overlooking the sea. It is set just 8 km from the charming fishing village of Stintino. The self-catering apartments are fully equipped with a living area and a kitchenette with a toaster. They have typical elegant Sardinian furnishings. At Sea & Villas you are close to the beautiful beaches along the northern coast of Sardinia. In Stintino you will find several shops, services and restaurants.

The rate includes water, gas, electricity and bed linen. Please note that full payment of the cleaning fee is due on arrival. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival and will be refunded at the end of stay, upon inspection of the property. Please note that the kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise additional costs will apply. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. For arrivals after 00:00 the surcharge is of EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests have to leave the kitchenette clean at check-out. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee of EUR 50. Please note that WiFi is free up to 150 Mb daily. Please inform Sea & Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
