A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00, and EUR 50 for arrival after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests are required to leave the kitchenette/kitchen clean on departure or can request an extra cleaning service at a cost of EUR 50. Please note that the pool is only open during summer. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site. Please note that the cleaning fee must be paid on arrival. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 27 May to 30 September.
