Residence Villaggio Tiglio is located in Punta Grò, tourist resort 6 km from Sirmione. Enjoy spacious apartments in the peaceful and natural surroundings of Lake Garda. The Tiglio is on the lake front, 1.5 km from the beach. Facilities include a mini-market, bar, restaurant/pizzeria, coin laundromat. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and parasols. There is a also a children’s pool and playground.

Please note the swimming pool is open from mid May until the end of September, and swimming caps are mandatory. You can bring your own or buy them on site. There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. You will receive only a part of the deposit if final cleaning is needed. Please note only small pets are allowed. Please note that linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site. Air conditioning comes at the extra cost of EUR 5 per day if used. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
