Set in the hamlet of Tanaunella, Residence Bouganvillage offers apartments in 2 separate buildings, 800 metres and 1.5 km from the beach. It includes a swimming pool, shared laundry facilities and a children's playground. The 2 buildings are 500 metres from each other and both offer two-floor terraced apartments. Surrounded by greenery, the apartments have a private entrance and a furnished patio or balcony. They are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchenette. The Bouganvillage Residence is 5 minutes' drive from the town of Budoni and is near some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches. The popular seaside town of San Teodoro is 20 minutes' drive away, while Olbia Airport and port are 40 minutes away by car.

Guests are required to leave the kitchen/kitchenette and BBQ clean on departure, or can request an extra cleaning service at a surcharge of EUR 50. Pets are not allowed in public areas and on the beach. An additional cost will be charged for extra cleaning. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00, while a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals for 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. All units are either on the ground or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. They all include air conditioning, a parasol. Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available at an extra cost. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
