Set in 2 renovated 15th-century buildings, Borgo Da Mare features an outdoor pool, a sauna and Turkish bath. Located in Monteprandone, it offers panoramic views across the Marche countryside. Each room and apartment at residence Borgo Da Mare has tiled floors and either wood-beamed ceilings or bare-stone walls with vaulted ceilings. They are air conditioned and feature TV and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be served outdoors in warm weather on the patio next to the pool. Guests can also relax in the communal TV lounge with internet point. During summer, the residence provides a free shuttle to the beach, as well as sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Free bikes and free parking are provided. A bus stop 100 metres away provides links with San Benedetto Del Tronto’s centre and train station. The A14 motorway is a 15-minute drive away.

Please note that beach service is available from May until September and the shuttle bus to the beach is only available in August. Check-in after 16:00 is only on request.
