Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 00:00 costs extra EUR 50. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 100 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The final cleaning is included for stays up to 2 nights or 7 nights or more. Please note that cash payments over EUR 3000 are not permitted under current Italian law. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please inform Residence CaFelicita in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
