The Residence Gardablu lies in a tranquil panoramic position, only a few steps from the city centre of Assenza and only 150 meters from the lake. The residence features a beautiful garden area, and an outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees, bougainvillea and oleander trees. Most apartments feature a lake view. The Acquafresca, an entertainment centre with gym 200 metres away, offers a sailing school for children up to 10 years old and kite surfing lessons at discounted rates. During July and August, accommodation is only available for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

A mandatory damage deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if the apartment is left in good condition. The mandatory Club Card, already included in the rate, provides: - Bed and bathroom linen - Use of the TV - Electricity and heating - Final cleaning fee (guests are kindly requested to dispose of their rubbish and to clean the kitchen). During your stay the apartment is cleaned upon request and at extra costs. Please inform Residence Gardablu in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
