Offering a furnished sun terrace with panoramic views of surrounding pine wood and the hills, family-run Residence Mareblù is 400 metres from the sandy beaches on the Thyrrenian Coast of Tuscany. All apartments at Mareblù have a bright atmosphere and come with a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, plus a living area with a TV with satellite channels. All have a furnished balcony. Guests have discounts at a beach club nearby, and can relax in the property’s 1000 m² garden, featuring a veranda with tables and chairs and children's playground. A hot tub and relaxation area are also available. Offering free parking, Mareblù Residence is in Principina a Mare, a 10-minute drive from Marina di Grosseto and 20 minutes’ by car from Grosseto’s city centre. Surrounded by greenery, it is next to Maremma Natural Park.

Please note that parking is upon availability as parking spaces are limited. Bed linen are changed once a week, towels are changed twice a week. Daily cleaning of the apartments is available at an extra cost.
