This apartment complex is 3 km north of Obzor and only 200 metres from the 4-km-long beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments with bathtubs. A room for children is provided at the Apart Hotel. It is close to the swimming pool and the restaurant. Opened in May 2012, the organic pond has flowers imported from the Netherlands and Italy. Bourgas International Airport is 60 km south of the resort, while Varna International Airport is 60 km north of the Sunrise.
