Some of the villas boast a panoramic view of Sunny Beach and the sea. Montemar Villas are enclosed and guarded by a security system. Cleaning services are provided once a week. Car hire and shuttle service are provided upon request and at a surcharge.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done on every 7 day from the guests' arrival.
