Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this resort is set on a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 800 metres from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool. The resort is made up of 10 one or two-storey buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast and a bakery delivery service are available with an extra cost. Entertainment staff provide programs at the weekend for children from 3 to 12 years, free of charge. Fitness classes are also available on site. You will also have free access to the pools, playgrounds and sport complex, except tennis and archery. Guests will be invited to attend an information forum every Sunday in order to find out about the week's activity program. Regional theme evenings also take place and are an opportunity to discover traditional folklore, crafts and spectacles. The resort is located 1 km from small shops and 3 km from supermarkets. Mandelieu is a seaside resort with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities.

Reception opening times from the 08/05/2016 to the 13/11/2016 : Sunday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. Saturdays from 8:00 to 20:00 except in July/August when reception stays open until 22:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights the check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). Price includes: Accommodation, Beds made upon arrival, Bed linen, Toilet linen, Household linen (bathmat + dish towel), Cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, End of stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate the web, read emails and search), Charges and taxes (except tourism tax and application fee), Hammam and/or Sauna. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, can be requested and is free of charge, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat, and 1 pushchair. The outdoor, heated swimming pool is open from April to mid-September. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
