Appart’City Confort Cannes – Mandelieu La Napoule (Ex Park&Suites) is a Provençal-style residence located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, 1 km from the beach. The residence offers air-conditioned, self-catering villas with a garden and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Set in a pine forest, villas at Appart’City Confort Cannes – Mandelieu La Napoule have a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove, and the seating area features a TV. Each villa has a small garden and free WiFi access. A private parking space is available upon request. The on-site restaurant serves a breakfast buffet each morning and meals throughout the day. Guests are also invited to enjoy a drink in the residence’s lounge bar with terrace. The residence has table tennis facilities, a sports ground and a children’s playground. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that cleaning does not include the kitchen area or the washing up. Guests must clean their kitchen area and wash their dishes before departure. TV is included in the room rate.
