This residence is located on the beachfront in Valras Plage, with direct access to the beach. It offers a private swimming pool and apartments with a terrace. The apartments at Alizea Beach, which range from 1 to 2 bedrooms, all have a well-equipped kitchen corner and a shower room. Some apartments have sea views. Alizea Beach has a ping-pong table and you can relax in the TV room. Free Wi-Fi is available in reception and laundry facilities are provided on site.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals and is to be paid either by cheque or credit card. This deposit will be destroyed 8 days after check-out following an inspection of the accommodation. Upon arrival, guests are required to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours. An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 or EUR 55 according to the type of apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself or pay the fee. Please note that early and late check-outs will be charged between EUR 50 and EUR 55 depending on the type of apartment rented.
