This Pierre & Vacances Premium residence is located in the former Palais des Gouverneurs, in Saint-Martin-de-Ré. It offers studio and apartment accommodation with an outdoor pool heated from April to November, an indoor pool and a sauna. Set within a private park, each studio is equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV and a kitchenette including an electric hob, mini oven and dishwasher. Guests of Pierre & Vacances Premium Palais des Gouverneurs can rent bikes on site, have free access to the spa and there is also a children’s playground. Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before, at a surcharge. Pierre & Vacances Premium Palais des Gouverneurs is a 5-minute walk from the harbour the Cible and Bois Plage beaches are 2 km away. La Rochelle-Ile de Ré Airport is 20 km from the residence. Private parking is possible on site, subject to availability.

Sunday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that the semi-covered swimming pool is heated from April to November. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 15:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability, otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 folding bed and fitted sheet, 1 high chair, 1 baby-changing mattress, 1 small bath and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 500 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.
