If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 highchair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair for an additional charge. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that pets can be accommodated, subject to an extra charge of EUR 10 per day. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
