Reception opening times from April to October: Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Reception opening hours from November to April: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Sunday: 9:00 to 12:00 and closed on afternoon. Closed on Wednesday. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). Available at an extra cost: Beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra cost (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Please note that the damages deposit must be paid by credit card or cheque. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
