For stays between 2 and 6 nights, bed linen, towels, water, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchenette) are included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels, water, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchenette) are not included and must be paid on site. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
