Apartments are cleaned and linen changed weekly. A security deposit is required upon arrival by credit card. This is fully refundable upon check out, subject to a damage inspection. When booking more 7 nights or more, the first night will be charged anytime after booking and will not be refundable. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
