For stays of 7 to 29 nights, the property will ask for a EUR 500 deposit, which will not be cashed. For stays of 30 nights or more, the property will ask for a EUR 500 deposit, which will be cashed. These deposits may be used to charge for any damages incurred to accommodation during your stay. For stays of up to 6 nights, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and daily cleaning is provided. For stays of 7 nights or more, the same services are included, except that cleaning and linen changes are done once a week. Final cleaning is included in the rates. Cleaning services during the stay are available for an additional cost. Tourist tax is payable on site. The name on the credit card used at the property must match the guest's name.
