Located just outside Bonifacio, this residence is a 3-minute drive from Santa Manza Harbour and the citadel. You can relax by the outdoor swimming pool, admire the 1.2-hectare garden or rent bikes from reception and explore the area. Résidence Sophia offers houses, which are accessed through a private entrance and feature a living area. Each one has free WiFi access and a large terrace with views of the garden or the courtyard. Guests can bring their own bed linen, or rent the linen offered on site. Meals can be prepared in the accommodation’s kitchenette or you can use the on-site BBQ facilities. For a supplement, breakfast can be delivered to guests' accommodation in the morning. Free private parking, a pétanque area and a laundry room are some of the other facilities at this residence.

Guests can use the washing machine at an additional cost. Please note that a final cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the villa yourself before departure. Please note that bed linen and the cleaning fees are not included in the price: - Stays of less than or equal to 3 nights: EUR 6 per day, per person for the house. - Stay of more than 3 nights: EUR 4 per day per person for the house. - Stays of less than or equal to 3 nights: EUR 7 per day, per person for the 2-bedroom house - Stay of more than 3 nights: EUR 5 per day, per person for the 2-bedroom house Please note that the swimming pool is heated from April to October. A security deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
