Set in a former abbey, this residence is located in Angoulême, on the banks of Charente River and a 15-minute walk from Saint-Pierre Cathedral. It offers studios and apartments with a living room and flat-screen TV. Each modern apartment has a kitchen with hotplates, a microwave and dishwasher. Free WiFi and wired internet access are available and the private bathrooms are fitted with a shower. A buffet breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday in the breakfast room at the Appart’City Angoulême. There is a vending machine at reception selling drinks. Angoulême Train Station is 1.7 km away. Private parking is also available on site at an extra cost and upon prior reservation.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 5 fee applies. Please note that the reception is open: - Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 Closed on Sunday and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of reception hours, please contact the residence in advance in order to obtain an access code. For stays from one to three nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Please note that from the 26 January to 29 January 2017 and from 14 September to 17 September 2017 the car park has a surcharge of EUR 15.
