Please note that for 2- to 6-night stays, the final cleaning is included in the price. For any other length of stay, the final cleaning is not included. An additional cost will be charged or taken from the deposit if the cleaning has not been done by the guests. Tourist tax is payable at the residence. Please note that the parking is subject to availability. Pets are allowed for an additional EUR 44 per week. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
