Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay. Please note that end of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) are not included in the price and are payable directly at the residence. A cleaning service during the stay is available at an additional cost. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted upon request and for an additional fee of EUR 34 per pet, per week. Please note that the residence is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
