The apartment has a view of the swimming pool and the garden. A reserved parking space is provided. The living/dining room has 1 pull-out bed for two and a TV. The other room has 1 double bed. Kitchenette is equipped with 3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. Bathroom and toilet are separate. On the upper floor is a gallery, with sloping ceilings with skylight and 2 beds. For shared use: garden (fenced), seasonal outdoor swimming pool (fenced), table tennis, barbecue house and a children's playground. Grocers 500 m. Golf course 3 km. Close to the naturist area.

Please inform Eleuthéra in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
