Residence "Les Horizons" has 8 storeys and is situated in the centre of Lavandou, 50 m from the sea and the sandy beach. For shared use there is tennis (for a additional cost). In the house is an elevator. Reserved fenced parking space is available in the grounds. In the studio you will find facilities like a TV, stove, oven and an iron. The living/dining room has exit to the balcony of 4 m2, which is in south facing position, with view of the sea. The studio is on the second floor and it is for non-smokers only. You are allowed to bring max. 1 small pet/dog with you. Within 100 m you can find several shops, grocers and restaurants. A supermarket and miniature golf is 500 m away from the accommodation. Residence closed by an electric gate, with a watchguard on site.

Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival to arrange your time of arrival Please inform Les Horizons 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
