There are a number of clubs and bars in the immediate vicinity, none of which are more than 300 metres from the apartments. The famous Albert Dock is a 15-minute walk away. The card holder must be present at the time of check-in. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 23:00 at the office. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out. The office address is: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, (off Cornwallis Street), Liverpool, L1 5BB. The property has an over-25 years policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block. The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation. A pre-authorisation of a security deposit on a credit/debit card may be taken, from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival. A weekly cleaning service is provided.
