A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required at least 7 days prior to arrival for incidentals or breakages. The damage deposit will not be taken automatically from the guests card details, this must be paid separately, details of how to pay are included in the confirmation email. Check-in after 19:00 is possible but guests will be subject to a late check-in fee of GBP 15. Guests will be met by a member of staff at their booked apartment. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties, or groups of young people without an adult of at least 25 years of age staying in the apartment. Photo ID is required. The hotel reserve the right to use their discretion in this matter and refuse to check in guests who appear to contravene these terms. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
